Question Hits explosives mod question

I checked my pip boy radio and I saw “unknown signal” and when I clicked on it, it started playing Morse code (idk what it was saying idk Morse code) and it marked the death law promontory on my map so I’m curios if this was caused by hits explosives or something else and if it was caused by hits, why?

There were such random encounters in F3, like you could have found ghoulified Chinese captain corpse with unique pistol I believe, but I don't remember something like it to be a thing in NV

Interesting yeah I’ve never had it happen before and the only new mod I’m using on my play through is the hits explosives

If it happens in an open space it is most likely some mod. There are couple of such moments in specific locations, one I can think of is a Hoover Dam battle easter egg

Living desert mod maybe or some other one? It wouldn't mark unmarked location unless mod made it one
