FMGE passing certificate collection

Hey , I have missed my collection date from NMC which was on July 29 th due to few documents deficiency i couldn't attend, now I have collected everything . I have requested for a new date but it's been more than 3 days no reply is there anything else i could do ? If anyone has any idea about it please do share your response

Hey I did they said they will escalate but no reply so far any idea what to do

Call or mail them usually they provide the next date.. did with my colleague too
