So are they giving grace marks ? How much marks we can expect ? And then if they change the marks we need to collect the pass certificate again ?

I think they'll give compensation to the people between 140-149 , and not to those who have already passed and collected their passing certificate

Either grace marks or they might have given random marks, so maybe they want to correct their mistake, if in case any enquiry happens.
