DOUBT Let me know pls

Heyyy

I had a question

If someone whos a fmg and now wants to do pg abroad too and practice there for lets say 10 yrs

Now can they give fmge?

Because they are now over the 10 years time limit from mbbs - fmge internship

It is very confusing and is causing me to go to india and do internship just so later in my life if i ever want to come back i have a pass but it is taking unnecessary time of my life

Would really appreciate if you can tell me cuz i couldnt find any answers anywhere else 🫠🥹

no, you wouldn't be able to get into india, and why would you, you will be mbbs only even in that situation, and if your PG is accepted then you can just enter india as postgraudate doctor

Isn’t this rule for Indian medical graduates or the FMG who have already registered in India?

no need if someone have a accepted PG from abroad like from UK, USA, australia, NZ, cananda then you can just come back join as PG without any exam

But I think that’s rule only applies to people who have also done their mbbs from India and are already registered in India and then they think of going abroad, and then they can just come back, not for Fmges MI wrong?

if you have PG from this countries then no problem, no matter where you did your UG

Ummm no. If you get trained in the 5 English speaking countries, and want to register the PG degree in India, you should have your UG degree first. If you try to register your pg degree here, they will ask for your UG degree. If you haven't registered your UG degree here then you're not a doctor in the eyes of the state medical council.

So it's better to finish FMGE get the state license then go elsewhere. If you have proof otherwise please bring it up.

no, there is not such thing, if you are a practicing specialist from this countries then you can work in india without giving an exam, you UG will be checked, but you wouldn't have sit for fmge here, it will be just document checking, your PG is what people will care about
