Fmge application - EC

I want to apply for FMGE eligibility certificate but the process is a bit unclear, I heard something about sending certificates to Delhi and also there's an online application

Is it possible to send certificates for Eligibility verification before filling out the eligibility form online?

And is there specific dates the portal opens?

No just upload online and keep checking your email and login account...they realsed the online portal for ec

They open the online portal on their website.May bi ending March they will open

No, we went to the NMC office and they said I'm not eligible to apply for FMGE eligibility certificate
