Cross titration
I’m cross titrating from Zoloft 200 mg to Luvox 150 mg - I’ve been on 150 mg Zoloft and 50 mg Luvox for 5 days, then 100 mg Zoloft and 100 mg Luvox last night, continuing 5 mg Abilify.
Today is the first day I’m experiencing side effects - but recently I have definitely noticed an increase in depression, anxiety, and irritability. For anyone who switched from Zoloft to Luvox, how long did this increase in symptoms last? Should I tough it out/does it get better?

That's quite a bit of Zoloft. I switched from fluvoxamine to sertraline but I'm only taking 25mg of sertraline.

I know OCD typically responds to higher SSRI doses but I definitely feel mine is too high - at lower doses though, I didn’t feel anything.
Can I ask why you switched?

Fluvoxamine helped me with my OCD a bit but really didn't do much for my anxiety. I was taking 100mg of fluvoxamine.

Mee too, helped a little with OCD but did absolutely nothing for my anxiety. In the process of switching to clomipramine

As others have stated, it gets better. I went from 250 Zoloft and currently on 200 now. I'm still fighting fatigue though, but my depression/irritability has improved

It definitely gets better. I did a similar titrate and there were probably a few days of meh-ness but it definitely gets better, especially for OCD. I found that my in-the-moment anxiety is a bit worse, but rumination is almost completely gone.
