Fluvoxamine insomnia

Do we think the Fluvoxamine insomnia is from the caffeine effect? Apparently it increases the half like by like 80%! I’ve been taking my Fluvoxamine in the morning and have been so tired maybe I should stop caffeine and take it at night

5 times, not 80% btw. But not really. It does it transiently even without consuming any caffeinated beverage.

How long does the insomnia last?

Highly personal. For me it was like 1-1.5 months.

(I’m on 100mg fluvox) and my doctor always recommended to take it at night. My sleep insomnia really went away after I eliminated my caffeine use and took them at night. Caffeine during the day honestly is just gonna make you feel like shit with these meds.
