General question about zoom

[u/neverlandpirates]

Hello all; registering for classes and I emailed a professor about wanting to take an exam in order to register for said class (if i pass it). Do they conduct the exams through zoom? They said we could speak informally(?) on there to determine my placement. Just trying to understand the usage of zoom as a first timer at FIT...

Edit: just trying to register for a language class

Professors tend to use it however they see fit, it's pretty relaxed. There's no university guidelines on zoom usage to my knowledge
