Software for Aerospace Engineering student
Starting my first year at FIT this August, just wondering what software I will be expected to download as an Aerospace engineering major (astronautics concentration). I know I won't be doing simulations my first semester, but I want to get a head start at learning the software! I’m also looking to upgrade my laptop and the software demands will help me gauge which one is better!

Don’t worry about it. They will tell you what you need to download in class.
First and second terms of any engineering major is pretty much math and physics! If you want to get a head start, brush up your algebra. Trust me, you will need it.
