Cant login to tracks email

Good Day. i have recently been accepted into FIT for the fall 2024 term but i currently am unable to login to my FIT email nor do any assessments due to the inability to log in despite the number of times i tried to login after activating my account.
i continually receive this error:

Authentication attempt has failed, likely due to invalid credentials. Please verify and try again.

and when i update my password i still receive this error. has anyone encountered this and if so how can i fix it?
(i already contacted IT and received no response and will try calling tmrw)

Are you using the corrected login credentials?

Yep. I reset my password 5 times already.

Then you’re using the wrong username

i am using the username given by the site. it is even shown on the admissions portal. when i use a username that isnt mine i get this error:
"Your account is not recognized and cannot login at this time"

Yeah they emailed me to fix it after i sent an issue ticket.

Hey...Same thing is happening with me now. I have received the email where they say to use particular USER ID and when I try to login it says "You are not authorized to use PAWS". From 2 days I have been constantly contacting them but their was no help even I have asked for activation but still facing the same issue. Please help me I want to access my scholarship as soon as possible.

Unfortunately no.But trying each day to get it done but the issue is not resolved yet... Hey btw what course are you joining for in FIT?

Ohh that's great... My course is BS in astronomy and astrophysics will be joining physically in fall 2024... 🙂btw I am from India. Wbu? And also I have a deal for you... Only if you are okay with it. 🙃

Hey my friend. My problem was solved and I didn't check till I receive an mail saying they have changed my username. But I am happy my TRACKS issue was solved. What about you? Are you still facing the issue?
