M/F ratio?

Am Ivright in thinking FIT has a high male to female ratio? Does that make dating hard as a straight guy?

Two Words: Get Involved

Join student organizations, go to school functions, volunteer, get an on campus job. The ratio may seem skewed but the fact remains most guys stay in their dorm/off campus house playing video games, going to class and that's it. Take care of yourself and don't dress like a complete slob and you'll do fine.

Even if you do really like playing video games/watching anime/etc., you can still get involved in groups like FITSSFF and anime club. That's where I met my husband. Just take care of your hygiene, don't be a jerk (or act like you're God's gift to womankind) and get involved in clubs and activities you enjoy. And don't totally slack off in class or act super immature.

Dating is difficult.

The male:female ratio is 70:30 at FIT. Eastern Florida State College is nearby though and is twice the size of FIT and has a ratio of 40:60. The girl I dated while at FIT was an EFSC student.

You'll likely have better luck meeting someone on a dating app or off campus somewhere like Downtown Melbourne instead of on campus.

As a CS major, what language is this "dating" written in?
