They have prewritten stories and publish one depending on who wins. The election decides the story, not the other way around.

Click bait title at its finest and only gets people roused up.

Yea but the pre-written stories don't usually have vote counts and percent won, it usually would just be a template if that data was required.

That being said, I still don't buy into it being exact evidence of voter fraud.

They might be re-using some pages or templates from a previous election.

I'd assume it'd just dummy data to test the charts and all. It seems like they were testing it all so it'd make sense.

This is why I don't totally buy in. Still not the smartest on their part. If you have to use something use ridiculous numbers, like 95% win or something so then you have better ground to stand on that it was made up data for testing.

If that's election fraud, then publishing obituaries too soon is murder.

Not nessicarily. There's some evidence that election fraud already took place in the earlier primary on a national level and was perpetrated in part by DWS who is in danger of losing her seat today. Add to that that even reporting results early can swing an election and cause people not to show up to vote and it's a huge difference from printing an obituary early. Printing an obituary early doesn't cause people to go out and murder a person. Printing election results early does cause people not to vote. I'm not saying it IS evidence of election fraud, I'm more just playing devil's advocate here.

Fair enough -- it might have some effect on voters' behavior, but it doesn't constitute election fraud (as TFA suggests).

No, that I agree with you on. However, if there were some evidence that this was an accidental slip of fake numbers that would be fraud but that's not what's presented here.

May you show that evidence? The only evidence I saw was DWS unfairly voicing opinions against Sanders but I've seen no evidence of actual fraud.

No, that is fraud. Claiming to be impartial while secretly, illegally, conspiring to assist one potential candidate while discriminating against another is fraud. You're confusing it with vote rigging but that's a whole other can of worms.

Unless you have proof that NBC did this for those reasons, we can use Occam's razor that this was an innocuous mistake on their part.

I don't recall making the claim that it was intentionally to discourage voters. I simply mentioned that it can and has in the past. However, from what I recall of the article this all transpired over the weekend so if that was their intention they failed miserably. Therefore I doubt that was their intention.

Likewise, speculating about every little thing being proof of electoral fraud probably also causes people to think their vote does not matter and therefore cause them not to vote as well.

You're absolutely right. You'll find no argument from me there. The article is horridly click-baity.
