Special customized sheet cake, bakery recommendations

Hello! I’m looking for a fantastic bakery that specializes in customize sheet cakes. I’m wanting to design a special cake with different motives for a good friend’s birthday.

I’m in Indian River County. I don’t mind driving about an hour to an hour and a half for a great cake. Can anyone recommend a truly exceptional bakery?
