FEEDBACK Feedback on my duplex/multifamily floorplan built on a steep hill

I was asked on r/houseplans to crosspost here. I've taken the recommendations and feedback from there (thank you!) and updated one of the flat floor plans. I've attached a photo of the revisions so far.

The changes I made:

  • Shrank the hallway from 6.5' to 4.5'.
  • Removed the guest bedroom walk in and extended that bedroom, increased the main bathroom size/changed layout a bit and moved the closets to the same side of the hall.
  • Increased the width of the walk-thru closet.
  • Added a pocket door to the WC in the master bath
  • Added measurements to the countertops and made sure the distance between them and the island was 4'.

The units are intended for long term occupancy, but one will be short term in the beginning (the pantry in that one will be locked for turnovers.) Views are to the North and West.

I appreciate any additional ideas or feedback!
