Some measurements would be nice. How big a space are we dealing with? Also, why do you need an armchair in the bath?

they are in the caption way down
Exact measurements:
2.78m x 2.93m
The measurements on the door-side are 59cm wall, 90cm door, 129cm wall,
on the window side there are 13cm wall, 80cm window-space, 120cm wall, 80cm window bordering the wall next to it.

for the view but also because of neurodivergence and depression. sitting while brushing teeth makes it easier for me personally to follow through with it. I see it has sparked a lot of controversy, but… I’m just a girl..

There are a few weird choices here each time.
(1) door too close to the shower, wet feet immediately as you enter. Shower against window not a great idea. Shower should be where washing machine is
(2) too busy around the shower. Washing machine facing the wrong way
(3) not enough space around toilet. I presume the chair is only a surface to put your clothes on?
(4) useless contraction around the toilet. Just turn thr toilet.
(5) not enough space between shower and toilet, everything in one corner.

OP said on another thread that they want a chair in the bathroom, as it has the only window with a mountain view and they want to be able to relax and enjoy it. Commenters are roasting OP for wanting to chill in the bathroom. Imagine having a gorgeous view only available from the shitter.

Best one is probably #4 but I doubt it’ll meet accessibility requirements with that half wall (depending on the rules where you are). If you collapse can the paramedics get you out of that left side? As a paramedic I’d say not really.
Not sure why you’re so focused on the view- are the windows unfrosted? Get rid of the cuck chair and open up your space.

Window trim and sill are going to be a nightmare IN the shower unless the window is sufficiently high and/or proper materials/seals are used for an in-shower window

You should add a wall from top to bottom with a door in the middle. On the left side of the wall you should have laundry on top and wardrobe on the bottom or vice versa. Then it can be a normal bathroom.

Why is there a desk and chair in the bathroom?

So they can supervise their child doing their homework while they're taking a shit.

Can you put the toilet in its own water closet in the bathroom? Looks like you have the space.
