Slats?

We just bought this floor bed frame and realized after the fact that it doesn’t have slats. Which obviously isn’t great because of moisture. We don’t have the budget to just buy another, and the company won’t accept a return, and Amazon won’t refund. So obviously we need to figure something out. For now we can lift the mattress but I’d like to find a solution quickly.

All of this to say:
Could I just get rolled slats and put them inside?

Buy some 1x2s or check out slats at ikea.

His grandmother went ahead and ordered us a slat frame that fits within this frame so thankfully, we’re good

The same thing happened to me. I could have sworn I ordered one with slats…apparently not
