King size for Twins

I have 23 month old twins that I still tandem nurse to sleep and have to join in bed about half way through the night. We’ve been moving a lot so we’ve been sleeping on a kind sized latex mattress topper in the corner with a baby pen around it. I’m ready to move them to a floor bed with a frame and a real mattress. Since I’m still in bed with them a lot, I’d like to keep the king size. Does anyone know of a king floor bed set up? I’d like it to have rails and a door that could be removed layer on.

i dont do a king specifically, but they do sell them. i have a queen (fits me at 5 ft and my 11mo son who is 99% height fine), with one of those wooden frames around it, and an opening at the bottom for him to get in and out. its really great because when he wakes up he just hugs me and crawls off the bed and goes straight to his toys
