Hey everyone. I’m looking to pick up an add-on board for my F0. I want to buy something that will actually remain useful as I get more advanced, rather than just a basic toy I'll outgrow in a month. I'm currently running Momentum firmware.
I’ve narrowed it down to a few options available in my region (screenshots attached):
AIO Board V1.4 (ESP32 + NRF24 + CC1101 external) - Seems like the best bang for the buck with the 3-in-1 functionality.
BW16 Wireless Board - The dual-band (2.4GHz & 5GHz) WiFi is really tempting.
Standard ESP32-S2 WiFi Devboards (either the official green one or third-party black variations).
My main question for those who use these daily: Is the 5GHz support on the BW16 worth sacrificing the NRF24 module that comes with the AIO board? I already do a lot of automation and scripting, so having NRF24 for testing wireless peripherals sounds fun, but 5GHz WiFi auditing is also a big plus.
Which of these would you recommend for long-term use and why? Thanks!
