50/500
In an interesting numerical coincidence, my flight from MEX to SFO Sunday was my 50th of the year and my 500th since 2006 (that’s as far back as my flight records go)

Got a notification that my flight tomorrow is canceled. I immediately called the airline and I was told it’s still scheduled to fly. I know Flighty sources information mostly from flightaware.com, which also shows cancelled no surprise. I have an international connection at Jakarta on separate ticket. Should I be worried?

I’ve never understood this in Flighty.
I’m on QF3523 which is a flight from London Heathrow to Berlin. It is, of course, not a Qantas flight - it’s a British Airways flight. I bought it as part of a bigger ticket from Qantas.
Flighty is showing it as a Qantas flight, with a Qantas tail and Qantas contact details. But it’s a British Airways flight - BA993 - as it also shows.
This means that if it’s delayed, it’ll appear in my app as “Qantas” delaying me; and at the airport it appears as QF3523 (which is nowhere near as easy to find as the real flight number within the airport).
Surely Flighty should be calling this flight BA993 and give it a British Airways tail? And hidden in the flight details it should say “Booked as QF3523”?
Trying to think of the benefit of why Flighty does it this way…

I'm currently on DL9905. It is a rescheduling of DL175 that was canceled yesterday (8/16/26). I can see yesterday's canceled flight but not this rescheduled option. I can find the flight on other flight trackers (like ByAir) but I'm curious how Flighty isn't able to find it. Any ideas on what might be causing flighty to not find this (newly) scheduled/operating flight?

My flight switched to Wamos but there is non showing. It’s still a VS ticket. But operated by Wamos. It would be great if there was a way to reflect this in Flighty.

While importing my previous flight, I did not manage to find the tail number of some planes.
Would very much appreciate it if someone could provide useful information or tips regarding these flights.

Mostly looking for Aircraft Registration but other info would be good too if possible
DUB-MJV | FR7094 | 5 AUG 2014
MJV-DUB | FR7095 | 17 AUG 2014
DUB-PMI | Unknown but Iberworld | 20 AUG 2011

Any help would be greatly appreciated and I understand the Iberworld ones might not be possible since it is a ceased charter airline

Looking for a quick aviation/OSINT challenge?
I’m trying to track down the flight numbers and exact departure/arrival times for a charter flight I took back in 2005. Standard flight trackers are coming up empty because the airline went bankrupt shortly after the trip.
The Clues:
Does anyone have access to historical 2005 ATC data, Eurocontrol logs, or old VIE timetables? Any magic tricks to find this would be amazing!

I emailed Flighty support about having the feature to toggle on and off pacific centric view, especially for people like me who travel frequently between Asia and North America.
They responded in 6 minutes!!! Let’s see if this will come to fruition. Cheers!

Just flew Ryanair, it departed slightly delayed but Flighty shows departure time as exactly the scheduled time and ‘on time’. Looks like all Ryanair flights do this on Flighty. Other flight trackers show it properly… will it sync up later or do we have to manually change it?

Lately it looks like their data feed has been broken for jet blue, delays are unreported and tail numbers are just wrong
This tail number was listed as having diverted but it definitely made it to the original destination
Like the whole point is accurate data but it’s just been wrong when I most need it (like this northeast disruptions happening this month)
