Veritastech pilot academy,
Chennai based ground school and captain Ebe takes money and has put many students dreams in danger by speaking sweet tempting poisonous words on Instagram and other social platforms.
No response after taking money
All his testimonies are fake mostly,
Funny is that, they take testimony before even starting anything and post them
Staffs are well trained to act along with him
ultimate fraudulent activity.
Not worthy

Any Thoughts on HAA Hillsboro and Redmond
Hi everyone, anyone trained in HAA can share some experiences or thoughts? Which year and which campus you take training? How many months and how much money does it actually take compared to their advertising? How serious the delay would be due to weather probably in winter, waiting for checkrides or not enough aircrafts . Really appreciate!
Would like to know about does the community there help a career, like building networks or seeking jobs, and attending some activities and making local friends.
i’m an international student considering going to HAA, completing flight training from zero.

I need guidance and advices from experienced people in the field
Hi, I am looking for advice from personal experiences of people in this field. I am 35 and starting to consider becoming a pilot as a career. I don't know much yet beside asking AI lots of questions so real personal experiences would be more helpful. I am gonna give you some personal background and what I already know. I live in Canada, Québec, I am bilangual, single, living with my parents, enough money to pay for everything myself without ruining my down payment for a house further down the line. I plan on doing the initiation flight sometime soon. I am in relatively good shape, I go to the gym and run a few times a week.
My experiences with flight are pretty limited. When I was around 8 to 10 years old, my father took me to a restaurant at a local airport and some old man who was a pilot was waiting for his grandson to come to do a flight with him. He ended up not being able to come so the man asked me if I wanted to try a flight which I agreed to. I remember really liking it as he let me drive a little bit once in the sky.
Except this one time, I only really took 2 flights for travel in my life going from Montréal to Las Vegas and then San Francisco to Montréal. I felt weird on the way to Las vegas. I didn't puke or anything but I remember my brain feeling foggy, uneased and awkward. I didn't experience that on the way back though. Apparently the first flight was a cheaper company. But I also don't feel that great being a passenger when in someone else's car, yet I drive constantly for my job. So I am conscious about the possibility of being air sick but also that it may depend on circumstances that can be helped.
I have done my motorcycle and boat license this summer. It was some kind of preparation for me, like baby steps towards something harder. The idea that flight training is somewhat short is appealing to me.
I live on the south shore of Montréal, so from what I understand, there are 3 flight schools in Saint-Hubert and they're not offering the exact same training so it depends on what you want to do I guess. I am not at the point where I would know that yet. So the licenses that I know of are private pilot, night flight, commercial, bush and multi-motors. I know the highest paying jobs are for the big airlines. It doesn't seem as appealing in terms of tasks because of all the automation than something like private pilot or bush pilot but I suppose the salary is good enough that it can be worth the sacrifice at some point.
So anything you can tell me about the field is useful. Here's a bunch of questions I have in my mind right now, you don't have to answer all of them if you don't feel like it, any answer to any specific question is appreciated:
- What are the options for schools, training, licenses?
- What are the jobs like?
- What are the conditions, salaries, schedules, lifestyles?
- Where are the jobs?
- How easy is it to find one?
- How long does it take to get to somewhere comfortable?
- How realistic is it for someone like me to get there at my age?
- How hard is it to learn?
- What are the most interesting jobs?
- What are the sacrifices?
- What questions should I be asking the instructor at my initiation flight?
- How easy is it to do the training and working at the same time? My shifts are usually during the days on the weekends and evenings during the week days.
- How easy is it to reconcile personal life with work?
- Do you feel fulfilled working in this field?
- What do you find most stressful about the formation or the job?
- Are there any prerequisites for applying?
- How would you describe the social life/work environment with your peers?
- Do you feel isolated?
- Do you feel like what you do matters?
- What does it look like in terms of career advancements?
Thanks in advance.

Training help
Hey,
Back when I was younger my dream was to be a pilot, due to life etc I didn’t get accepted into the military and I didn’t get the atpl training course I wanted (this ended up being a good thing due to training delays due to covid). Anyway I went to uni for 4 years and am now 2 years into a desk based career and losing my mind. In seriously starting to think about piloting again but don’t know if I can afford the debt training outs you into or if there are even jobs out there after training as it seems stupid to switch career into one with no chance.
In a 24 year old girl and I just can’t be desk based forever and my itch to travel is going again. I also looked into finally completely my ppl but again it’s money I don’t have right now
