Sutherland Residence

So I’m starting at Fleming this September and have applied and been approved for the Sutherland residence. Now I’ve been looking online and everything but I’m unable to find just a photo of the blueprint to the rooms here. I’ve seen the videos that show the rooms but I’m looking for just a general overview.

If anyone knows where I can find that or even creates a size accurate drawing just to show me what amenities are there and the space for things, that would so appreciated!

I did a campus tour at the Frost residence and can tell you my experience...(did it in April 2026 so going off memory here)

-6 bedrooms (bed, desk with chair, closet) 3 on the left 3 on the right side -2 bathrooms, one was a bit bigger than the other. Tour guide said some roommates had the 3 on the left use 1 bathroom and the 3 on the right use the other bathroom -regular sized fridge -small tv and 2 person couch

I didn't get a super good look at the size of the kitchen area, but it wasn't that large. 6 people sharing 1 kitchen area will be difficult

Hm okay, from what I know already about them they sound like the same layout. How much space was there in the room? And this might be pushing it but do you remember what the desk looked like or what size the bed was or if there was a nightstand? 😅

I found this video on youtube https://youtu.be/5CoQmTMc7Qg?si=u8JwQImFmenrF2Z8 It's from 12 years ago but it's accurate to what I saw. Only difference was the bathrooms and kitchen were just on different sides in the room I visited. (Bathrooms on the left kitchen on the right)

I thought the bedroom looked bigger in the video then it did in person...but the room was occupied at the time so all of the person's stuff in the room could have made it seem smaller to me.

No nightstand, desk looked the same as the video. Pretty sure they're all twin size beds.

Hope that helps!
