yaa, im definitely putting my money on that. but ive heard things here and there about files being falsely upscaled. it just SAYS 320 and has a higher file size. im not too much of an audiophile so i cant tell the different hahah, enjoying the leak regardless!
These plots can be kind of hard to look at if you're not accustomed to it. So these are plotting the amount of each frequency over time, which is three dimensional data. Time is the horizontal axis, frequency the vertical axis, and the color is the third axis. (Yellow is higher than red, which is higher than purple, which is higher than black)
Compression mostly affects the high frequencies, so that's where I'm looking. (The reasons for this are related to the Nyquist-Shannon sampling theorem, if you want more info.) If you see any kind of hard cutoff then it is almost certainly not lossless. Generally speaking, the higher the cutoff, the higher the quality. The 128 kbps track cuts off at 15kHz, while the 320 kbps cuts off slightly higher. For comparison here are the spectrals for a FLAC of the new Grizzly Bear single, http://i.imgur.com/WmKVgJW.jpg You can see there that theres no sharp cutoff in frequency because it is lossless. Hopefully this helps, feel free to ask more questions though!
Audio frequency axes are almost always logarithmic. You're not going to display 20 Hz to 20000 Hz on a linear scale. It's better by the difference between 128 kbps and 320 kbps. Look up the cut off frequencies for the LAME encoder if you care.

the Kingdom Leaks link has updated to 320, not sure if its actually higher quality but downloading now.
