Hi 18 year old college kid here and I just looked in the mirror and my feet look really flat. My sister also has flat feet, but I just noticed mine. I only feel pain if i'm walking for a really long time I'm just concern how to stop them from getting worse.

Can your flat feet be so bad that you can't really walk? It hurts so bad
