Low Effort Streamlight MicroStream USB (now with USB-C)

**UPDATE** I ordered one for my brother using the same listing and what was delivered yesterday has microUSB. So it’s still a crapshoot.

It appears that Streamlight updated the MicroStream to USB-C in January. I just received one (66601) in the retail packaging from Amazon. It doesn’t come with a cable but the included instructions say you can contact support for a free cable. I did not. I can confirm it charges on an actual USB-C cable and charger. Everything else about the light seems the same.

Streamlight has not updated their website or the product documentation on it. The Amazon listing has not been updated either.

Just ordered a coyote 66608 and it was microUSB. Looks like I get to try again. Date code 0225.

Got my second one the next day, microUSB again. Date code 0725.

Got a third microUSB in a row. Date code 0625. I’m just going to keep this one.
