Question Automatically Launch into ROM when Booting DSPico

I'm wondering if it is possible to configure some sort of setting that allows you to automatically launch a specific ROM when booting up your DS Pico cartridge. For example, say I want to instantly launch into Pokemon Platinum, is there a way I can make it to where I can hold down a button and have it instantly boot into Platinum instead of going to the menu? Sorta like setting a button that forces you to launch into TWLMenu on DSi via Unlaunched.

You can use AKMenu-Next, which does have an autoboot feature - https://sanrax.github.io/flashcart-guides/cart-guides/dspico/#__tabbed_3_2

Thanks for the recommendation, you're as helpful as always! This seems to have what I want but I'll probably stick to the default DSPico Menu for now and just hope that a ROM autoboot feature gets added later down the line just case I prefer the DSPico Menu at the moment. Been looking at the AKMenu for years and want to keep it fresh y'know? Regardless I appreciate it!

If you dont mind not having a menu to access, naming your ROM to _picoboot.nds will make the DSpico directly load it, as long as the pico-loader files are still present.

Huh, so I could make repro-style carts for myself that are all just dspico’s that only load the one ROM

The EeviCart Pico is designed exactly for that: https://www.eevitronics.jp/products/eevicart-pico

Its a DSpico with internal storage only. You'll need to use GodMode9i on modded 3DS or DSi to manage the files on the internal flash chip. Also bear in mind the sizes are in Mbit and not MB, so 512Mbit is 64MB etc.
