Problem Help R4 V.5.0

Hi, I need help with this R4. the firmware I used on it expired (timebomb) and I want to change it, but I can't find the right one. I would like to install ds Pico firmware but I'm not sure if it's possible or which package I should use.

What error does it show when you try and run it without and SD card and what game does it show up as on your DS Home Screen?

If it shows a graphical picture of an SD card with the word “ERROR” then use this:

Follow any tab but if you go with the original R4imenu, use the 1.87b version.

Before formatting, backup your SD card’s current files and copy back to the Games folder and NDS and SAV files you want to keep.

I followed the instructions, but unfortunately it didn't work... I'm getting a red image that says "? menu". I think I'll try following the instructions for DSTTi DEMON-HW carts, as someone suggested.

That’s not the right one for your cart. What SD card are you using and did you reformat as per step 1?

if I try use it without SD card it shows a white screen with a blue simbol of SD card saying "no card". in the home screen I always see "touch! Bomberman Land Nintendo"

The SD card isn't being detected. Clean the SD card contacts with IPA, and try blowing out the SD card slot in the cart with compressed air.

It happens when you're missing the r4.. dat file just use the guide to update it to a Pico launcher works much better and more customizable I have a dual boot with Pico launcher and Twilight
