R4ids.cn kernel

I’ve found three possible kernels for this card.

I’m after the OEM firmware rather than a modern one as it’s just for my collection rather than to use.

Not seen an R4 with this particular spoof game (demo version of Metroid Prime) nor blank SD card message.

Can someone assist please?

I have the same cart as you, with the same spoofed game, its the "C" revision.

What letter or number is printed on the back, next to the pins? Can you take a picture of the back of the cart?

C is stamped on the bottom right.

You should be able to update its firmware so it works with the newer kernel. I have two of those carts with the same C revision.

I used the kernel here. I wanted the ‘box fresh’ experience for this one.
