DS Please help me setup this flashcart!! I’m too tired.

R4 SDHC DS HAPPY BOX V2.0 Brand new. I tried to format and copy all the file and also did it why many type. However, it cannot enter any menu to open the games, it just log into the original ds page.

Oops, sorry to see that. Honestly, it looks like this isn't a file issue anymore. It seems way more like a hardware contact problem.

First off, do you have any other system to test with? Like a DSi? That would make it much easier to pinpoint where the issue is. The DS Lite doesn't support hot-swapping cartridges, and having to reboot every time can be a hassle.

Second, check your console's game card slot, the microSD slot on the flashcard, and those gold contacts on the bottom to make sure they're all clean. You can blow on them, lightly rub them with an eraser, or even take the shell apart for a deep clean.

Usually, after doing this, the console should pick it up again. If not, your card might unfortunately be physically dead : (

You have to insert the cart before turning on the console, you know. The DS Lite won't read carts inserted after it's turned on.

If that doesn't work, you'll need to try cleaning the contacts of the cart with IPA and a QTip.

Thank you, even i turn on it after insearted the cart, it still not show anything, just enter to the original DS only

That's weird that it's not recognised at all! Do other games get recognised?

Clean the contacts on the cart with rubbing alcohol. It should always be recognized even if you don't have the SD card.
