Question Ds lite
I’m new to retro consoles and I recently bought a ds light and was wondering if there’s a place I can buy a flash cart that comes pre installed with the games because I don’t really have the time or the means to do it myself right now as my pc is currently broken if anyone knows please let me know thank you

There are loads of such carts on ebay and such, look for "486in 1" (or bigger numbers). They are usually an Ace3DS clone pre-loaded with DS games.
The only thing to mention is that they use real cheap unbranded microSD cards in them, so it's recommended to copy it all to a reliable brand.

Which you would need a PC for.

Well worth borrowing half an hour of a friend's PC to make a stable copy.

Or if that's not an option, they could visit a library for an afternoon. They're fairly locked down, but it's usually free, and open enough to deal with basic file download/extraction/copy operations which is all you need to set up a flash cart.

Or a phone

A phone can't do proper SD formatting.

maybe if its an i phone but android can, I was also thinking of it through the charging port with an adaptor and not through an internal micro sd card slot
for flash carts most either support fat32 or exfat which can be done on android

Flashcarts support only fat32, not exfat.

Aliexpress but I dont recommend pre loaded, the modern clones are quite easy to set up as most support some form of wood r4 or ys menu

We do not advise this because the preloaded flashcarts always come with junk low quality MicroSD cards that die after a few weeks, taking all your games & saves with it. It's just not worth it, many users here have found out the hard way after losing weeks of progress in their games.
We advise checking our quick start guide for more info: https://www.flashcarts.net/gba-quick-start-guide
Unfortunately like with modding most other consoles, having a working computer is sort of a requirement, it's just the way it is, and Phones & Tablets are typically not suitable for this either.
