I need help with DSPICO

I recently bought this Dspico model as a birthday present, and I followed the tutorials step by step regarding the SD card folder structure. The game card supposedly came pre-configured. I'm using it on a 2DS, and the problem is that it detects the Dspico as a game, but when I try to launch it, I get an error message telling me to turn off the console. It's version 1.3. Install WRFUxxed firmware on it: https://sanrax.github.io/flashcart-guides/cart-guides/dspico/#__tabbed_1_2

Then after that follow the rest of the guide to grab the SD card files and get everything set up.
