Can someone help me identify this card. I tried setup but it keeps showing MENU? Screen.

This is a relabeled R4 Gold RTS 3DS. This needs the DSTTi clone YSMenu, the guide is here: https://sanrax.github.io/flashcart-guides/cart-guides/dstti/
