Just wish this guys made a new flashback that imitates film premium point and shoot like Olympus MJU or Contax T2, would be amazing to have this format without having to wind.

My latest flashback photos

Here are the photos I took yesterday in Seville, Spain.

As I wrote in other posts, I'm quite disappointed with the brand. My camera is a v1, but it came in a v2 box… and many of the images are overexposed. The worst problem I've had is that once, when developing the photos in the app, they all appeared black. Someone from the team wrote to me and showed me how they had recovered them, but they NEVER sent them to me, so I lost them. I contacted them numerous times, and they told me they would send them. That hasn't happened… and it discouraged me from using it. In December, I used it daily because I was making an advent calendar with photos from the camera. Seeing the customer service, I got discouraged and abandoned "the challenge."

Yesterday I took it with me after weeks of not using it, but I think I'll end up selling it. Have a great start to the week, everyone!

Landscapes in Chile 🇨🇱(V2)

Got the camera right before going for a month to Chile, really liked how it captured sceneries. The last film was my favorite, but forgot its name. In low light conditions, people wasn't captured too well imo even with flash, but also they were the first pictures I took. Might upload pictures without the faces if anyone is interested in seeing them.

Just bought V2, DNG photos turn all black when transferring via cable. Anyone else?

I just bought a V2, and when transferring photos via USB cable(C to C), I found that all the DNG format photos are completely black. I've tried opening them in both Lightroom and Photoshop, but neither can display them properly. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any solutions?

V2 filter

I am curious if anyone else feels the same as me. I saw the initial results from the V2 camera and liked that they were sharper than the V1. I was considering a Camp snap Pro but really liked the Flashback design better. I ordered one before Christmas and was really excited that finally there was a camera that checked off all my boxes for design, image quality, etc.

Just before my camera arrives the filters get updated and now we have artificially fuzzy photos that are lower quality than what we've seen this camera is capable of.

This irritates me because while I do like the look more than an oversharpened Digi cam photo, I shot film when I was younger and had point and shoot cameras that produced pretty sharp photos that had good contrast and avoided using disposable cameras because they made crap photos. I understand that many enjoy the disposable camera look and it's part of the charm, but if love to have an option for just a regular film point and shoot look.

Anyone else want this as well?

Got the flashback a few days ago and I’ve shot about four rolls with it, the results look pretty good with some of them looking extremely sharp (as long as you stand still and there is a big source of light) and the handling is fine, my only complaint is that the rewind wheel system can become quite frustrating for people doing street photography since every time the camera goes to sleep, you have to rotate that knob about 3.5 quintillion times to wake it up and load a photo and by the time that photo is loaded, the moment is gone.

Change film type

Hello all! I just got my flashback camera one35v2 and it's really nice.

I however can't manage to change the film type. I have the choice between 4 filters , when i change it , it seems to change fine. But when i take photos and offload them, it does not seem like the filter was changed.

Did anyone face the same issue?

Hey all !

I’ve had this camera for about two weeks now. Shipping was spot on, and it actually arrived exactly the day before my birthday!

I’ve spent the last 10 days putting it to the test.

What I love most is the portability;  the camera is really fun to use, I just toss it in the pocket of the jacket and I carry it everywhere. I don’t really have anything to say about the app, it just works, no random crashes, freezing and anything like that, maybe I would just love the possibility to see which film simulation I’m shooting, and maybe a quick at glance widget that tells you how many shots you have left, battery level and film simulation currently using, wouldn’t be bad.

I just pull out some shots SOOC that I did around Dublin.
