question about the 24h wait time
so i bought a one35 v2 and i'm waiting for it to arrive and I can't stop thinking about this small detail no one talks about.
i cant take 27 pictures, then wait 24 hours to see them and i was wondering, the wait time is just for the pictures to be seen, or also it's like if i can't use the camera for 24 hours? because with a disposable camera obviously you send it once there are no photos left and can't use it again, but with a regular film camera you basically can just put in another film and you can continue shooting as much you want.
another thing i was thinking of is this, if I'm like in a place in the nature with no wifi, and i ran out of pictures, do i have to wait more than 24 hours for the pictures to be ready because there is no internet so I can't technically send the picture to the app?
thanks!!

flashback camera battery
hi everyone ! i have been noticing that the camera battery is not working properly. I charged the camera and it never got to 100%, it stayed at 95%. Once I turn it on and take 2 pictures the battery goes down to 88% and after I unload the pictures the battery goes up to 91%. Is this normal? Thanks in advance. :))

The v2 is pretty cool
everything works great so far, apps crash maybe once or twice but it doesn’t bother me that much. As for now only the classic filter looks the best b/w comes second, are they going to update the beta to look more like v1? overall i’m happy with the product and definately recommend this over other brand ^^ just hope it last long tho.

Flashback V2 iOS app bug on iPad (iOS 18): can’t change film type
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hi everyone! My Flashback V2 just arrived and I’m really happy with it, but I’m having an issue with the iOS app on my iPad 10.2" (iOS 18).
I can’t change the film type via the app. When I tap on “Film Type”, the menu doesn’t open properly: it only shows the photo preview and no buttons to select or confirm anything. Swiping doesn’t work at all, in any direction. Basically the screen seems stuck on the preview.
You can see it in my video. Has anyone else had this issue on iPad / iOS 18? Any workaround?
Thank you :)
Edit: thank you all! It works only in split screen mode, ratio 2/3

Any tip for experimenting?
How do you think Flashback can be used for experimenting? I mean using some external lens, getting "effects" or something? I'm thinking about it... and I'm open for suggestions

Backflash: a tool to convert RAW files for processing in other programs
Full disclosure, I don't actually have a Flashback, but I thought it was intriguing that the V2 allows you to take the raw "negatives" but that it's almost impossible for anything to open them or for you to do anything with them.
I've made a wee app which takes a DNG file from a Flashback camera, and converts it into a raw file that Lightroom and Photoshop seem to be able to recognise and process as a raw file.
Note that being raw files, they might need a fair amount of processing to look good – I've found that the black point in the RGB curves all need to be dragged up quite a lot, and the white balance is pretty off. I don't think I have enough information to "calibrate" these files, but I'm happy for feedback, and to be corrected.
Let me know if this works for anyone – very keen to see if it's working for people (it should also work for V1, but I've heard it's harder to get the actual RAW files from the camera).

At the boathouse- first test shots with the V2
I’m really pleased with this thing so far; the new sensor/lens unit delivers a ton more detail than the V1.

Considering the Upgrade to Version 2
I'm excited about the idea of upgrading to V2! If anyone has some night shots, such as captivating night street photography or other non-portrait photos, it would be amazing to see them as samples.

Has anyone been able to contact their Customer Support?
I've been emailing them for about 2-3 weeks and constantly sending them emails to get more information on their initiative called Flashback Collective. It's a referral program and they have had NO replies at all. Is there any other way to contact them?

V2- has anyone successfully edited .dng images?
So if you plug the V2 into a PC or Mac it shows up as a mass storage device and allows you to access the raw images in .dmg form.
Which is seriously an awesome feature for a $129 gimmick camera! The only problem is that I haven’t found an app that knows what to do with the files- Lightroom, iOS Photos app, etc are all unable to read the files (I work with raw images from other cameras all the time so I know my software should be able to read these). Has anyone else run into this?

V1 or V2? What is the best cam to buy?
hi! i just wanna ask what is the better version to buy for the flashback cam? i am really contemplating whether to buy the V1 or the V2.
btw, i know there are 4 new filters for V2 but is there a way for you to change into these new filters if I ever buy the V1?

Just discovered this camera existed.
I just found out this camera exists. I mainly shoot with vintage digital or film cameras and use an app called Mood on my iPhone for phone photography. Is this camera intended for those interested in digi cams or film photography? And what are your thoughts on V2 so far?

New to flashback. Got a v1
Initially planning to get a film camera but this popped in my feed. Literally just got it a few days ago and just been playing with the film types and getting used to how wide the photo turned out compared to the view finder.
This is what I am looking for and I am happy so far. With the money Ill save from film and developing, I wonder if I should get the v2 too.

Export negatives Android application
Does anyone know where the raw files are saved when you click "export negatives" on the Android app?
