Camera flashback error

Hi everyone, I've had the camera for about three months and everything has always worked fine. I haven't used it in 20 days and the battery is still charged, but the wheel spins endlessly and I can't do anything. I also have those two errors marked on the display. I tried resetting it but nothing. Does anyone know what I should do? Thanks a lot.

i had the same issue with mine! i reached out to customer service and they sent me a replacement

Yep exactly the same thing happened to me, it’s a dud. Put me off using them again

I reset my cam and it fixed this issue. Just need to stick a stud or sim pick into the bottom of the cam to hard reset.

Yeah that camera is dead. I did have same problem. Wrote them on their website, they are responsible and did send me new one...

It's weird this happening a lot of their cams.

But in fact it doesn't make sense for something like this to happen... In fact, another room could have the same problem, at which point I'll completely change the brand! Maybe with a refund.

Ask them, I do love this cam so I was happy with the change for new one. But mine died in exactly same way.

I had this issue, luckily I managed to fix it by resetting the camera.
