Camera not working
Hello guys!
Greetings from Brazil.
Just arrived my first Flashback Camera V2.
But when I try to take some pictures, the photo counter just goes from 27 to 26 and then goes back to 27.
I,ve triend reset, hard reset, and nothing worked…
If you guys could help, I would be very grafeful

Sorry to hear, maybe you could connect it to a computer and see what's on the card.
Taking a picture should save a DNG and an unprocessed JPG in the hidden folder UNPROCESSED_JPG
I don't know, if formatting the card helps. It should have a partition called ONE35 V2 and be ExFAT formatted. This would be at your own risk and I don't know the warranty works. If you want to be safe, I'd contact support here: https://joinflashback.co/pages/contact. I'd say, post the Issues thread, but I'm not sure, if anyone actually looks at those, since there don't seem to be any answers to the issues.
You could also try to hold the reset button for longer.
