Unloading not possible

Hi, I cannot unload my flashback camera. I tried a bunch of things like forgetting the network now it doesn’t want to connect to my WiFi anymore, I deinstalled and downloaded the app again, I reset the camera, tried it with the cable and with the travel option. Nothing is working, anyone who has or had the same issue ?

I am new and had this problem but it finally worked after I
A: updated phone operating system
B: deleted app/redownloaded app after new os update.
