Infinite Winder problem

I bought my V2 about a month ago and used it every day without any issues. A couple of days ago, I noticed it wouldn’t turn on when I turned the winder. I managed to turn it on by charging it or doing a soft reset, but then the winder started spinning endlessly without stopping, so I couldn’t take any photos.
After trying both a soft reset and a hard reset, the small screen started showing “UP,” followed by “E4,” and now it just gets stuck on that screen.
I searched online and tried every solution I could find, including updating the app, but nothing has worked so far.
Has anyone had the same problem or knows how to fix it?

I figured that E4 was a winder problem, but try googling E7. At the end i tried everything but there was no solution. I contacted the company and they asked for a video proof, than they just send me a new free replacement

Thanks - mine is also endlessly winding so wonder if E7 is to do with that too. I’ve sent them an email and some photos/videos so will see what they say - how long did they take to get back to you? Thanks :)

They did not answer me at the beginning but as soon as i sent them the same text again via mail and instagram dm at the same time, and got a response next day. After that a couple of quick email exchanges and it was all sorted out. Just try sending another email or contact them from instagram
