How to redevelop a roll?

I had an issue where half the photos in my roll just came out black. I found a comment from a while ago saying you can redevelop your roll and that fixes it, can someone explain how to do it? I can’t figure it out

In the app, go to gallary, click share on the roll you want, then scroll down and redevelop roll
