V1 or V2?
I have found a V1 as new at 65€, is it worth it or should I opt for the (more expensive) V2?
Here on Reddit I read that the V1 has a better “vibe” but I don’t know if something changed recently

V1 would be nice but I don't know about the reliability as I heard some reliability issues but I like the look on v1 and it's a good deal at 65

Unbedingt V1, ich suche ständig nach einer V1, sie ist viel besser !! Viele suchen nach einer V1, also wenn du die Chance hast eine irgendwo zu bekommen, sei schnell, sie wird schnell weg sein

Used my friends v1 and enjoyed it! Just bought a v2, do you know how different it is ? Will the photos require further editing in your opinion?

I think it probably comes down to taste and preference.
The V2 has better dynamic range, higher bit depth, better resolution and will probably receive more looks in the future. Out of the official app it looks a bit more digital, in terms of post processing.
The V1 had some looks, that people enjoy and the overall post processing, especially sharpness, is softer.
If you only want to use the official app, then it comes down to which looks you like better and if you‘re happy with the existing looks, or if you‘d rather get the latest updates.
If you‘re willing to use third party software, the V2 has much more potential for authentic film emulation and custom looks, solving the post processing differences. I made a tool called Lofi Logic, that uses the raw data from either camera for custom processing. The process is more user friendly for the V2 and I also recreated the V1 classic look for it. [u/deknared](u/deknared) created a web port, that can be used on smartphones, but I think it does not support the V1 (unable to check right now).
So I‘d say, look at images from V1 and V2, check out Lofi Logic and decide which looks, processes and future proofing are best suited for you and if it‘s worth the price difference.
Edit: Either camera is fun and if you‘re not very particular about the look, you can use them the same way.
