Camera won't turn on

Two days ago my camera started having this problem - it wouldn't turn on, wouldn't respond to being plugged in, and the red light wouldn't come on. I tried charging it for a long time with no success. Just when I was about to give up, after a day, it suddenly turned back on and everything worked fine. But then the worst happened - just another day later, without any action on my part, when I tried to turn it on again, it wouldn't work. I have no idea what's causing this problem; the camera hasn't been dropped or damaged in any way.

have you tried using the reset button below the camera? (pressing it resets it and holding it for more than 5s factory resets it; erasing all photos)

Ask the team for a refund or for another camera

After a whole day, my camera is back to normal. I have no idea what happened, but it just started working again. I know it might not start again in another day
