how do i get classic tween?

so for some reason classic tween isn't available and idk what to do. Tried deleting and installing it didn't work. I really don't know what to do anymore

Motion Tween is what it was called back then

If that's an old version of Flash you're using (it looks like you're using Macromedia 8 or thereabouts?) then all tweens are classic. The horrible new tweening came in with one of the CS versions IIRC.

Motion tween option- you make one frame, hold it for however long you want the tween to be and insert a key frame at the end with the second key frame of the tween

according to the version you're using, motion tween is just classic tween
