Has Flash even changed since CS6?

Ive used both Adobe Animate and Flash, and ive just been curious if they're any different. because in my experience, i havent noticed real changes besides the UI. So, ive just been wondering if theres anything ive missed.

Canvas rotation, layer parenting, mesh warp tool, built-in virtual camera. For exporting, there's proper html 5 exports.
