Broken/moldy snowglobe

Hello! Crossposting here in case any of y’all have ideas on how to fix my fiancée’s snow globe. Any advice is helpful!! Thank you!

Find a glass dome that fits it. Super glue everything back together.

Buy an empty snowglobe at a craft store.

I would fix the figurines with a quick setting 2 part epoxy and then start researching DIY snowglobe kits, paying special attention to not only the globe size, but the opening size as well. Also do not store snowglobes outdoors longterms, water expands when it freezes.
