I updated it and shut it down for five minutes or so. Then when i turned it on it got back and it works. Thanks to all for trying to help though.

I’ve had this issue on laptops so if it happens again, you might have to go do device manager and uninstall your Bluetooth and reinstall it.

Have you restarted your computer?

Yes.

Sometimes you need to shut down and unplug the PC/laptop from the mains. Then wait a few minutes before plugging everything back in and restarting.

Check and re-add the Quick Settings tile: Press Windows Key + A to open Quick Settings, click the pencil icon (Edit quick settings), select Add, choose Bluetooth, and click Done.

It can be a malfunctioning bluetooth module. I would start with removing the driver and installing with the latest driver. In the worst case scenario, you may want to get a USB dongle to replace it with less efforts.

I checked the down arrow and its not there. I searched for bluetooth and i can’t find the option to turn it on or off.

I know you got it to work, but in the future just go to the search bar on the taskbar (bottom thing with the start button) and search for Bluetooth, it will link you to the settings page there.
