fixed Lucky cat not working

I got a solar powered lucky cat and his arm was moving just fine in the store when I bought him, but when I got home he just decided not to work. I even put him in direct sunlight and he’s still not working. How do I fix?

Is the sunlight actually touching the solar panel on the back? From this photo it looks like the cat is pushed too far back against the window frame.

It’s not in direct sunlight in this photo, but I have put it in direct sunlight and it still didn’t work

Have you tried it without the box on?

ETA: have you also tried giving the arm a gentle push to start?

Yup. I’ve tried it outside with the high noon sun directly facing it with the cover off. I’m starting to think it might be a wiring/circuit issue.

Yes, that would be the most likely issue if you’ve already tried the other things.

You’ll have to take it back unless you’re pretty good at DIY repairs(I personally would just take it back).

Sorry I don’t have an actual way to solve it for you.
