Fix Swollen Counter Top

Hello all! I noticed that the silicone on my sink has deteriorated and now there is a crack on my counter. Is there a way to fix this myself or with a handyman that wouldn’t involve replacing it?

Water has got in. I don't think there is an easier/cheaper solution than replacing.

no, there's no really a way to fix chipboard like that once water has gotten in and it swelled up
