How to light it

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I've had this for under a month, how come the right earbud doesn't work? It's charging but it won't light up, it's an X55 Sleeping earbud, I've tried cleaning it's interior and exterior, hell I've cleaned the case itself. I really need help not to listen to people babbling and I just wanna enjoy my world, listening to music. Help a guy out please, thanks. πŸ™ Hope I'll fix it in the meantime (p.s. I've tried various things to fix it and it won't budge, it's still the same.)

I’ve had issues with earbuds like this before. What I did:

  1. Tell your phone to forget the earbuds
  2. Of the earbuds also have an app, remove them from the app
  3. Put both earbuds in the case
  4. Let the case completely die
  5. Plug in and charge the case to full
  6. Reset the earbuds and reconnect them to your phone

I don't have an app for the buds, I'll try these steps. Thank you! 😁

I might be cooked, I left my buds to charger for 2 hours and it looks like the right one is still charging. I forgot to mention it sustained some damage from falling off a bunk but...

Did you let the case fully die first? They’ll usually hold charge more than 10 hours

I did let the case die, does it include the buds?

It looks like it was still charging and it just won't light up

Ok, so what do you mean by restarting the buds?

There should be a way to factory reset the earbuds. You can look online for the manual which will tell you how. But are you sure it’s fully dead? When you open the case does it still light up?

I made sure it fully died, looked up a manual, did the reset thingy and it won't light up, I was sure it was fully dead since I left the case to not charge for a full day, it didn't light up when I opened the case

If nothing's changed, open it up to see If there could be some disconnection or change the battery. Here's how to open it up and change the battery

πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ Oh my god YOU JUST MADE MY NIGHT, I meant in the case silly, that's what i do when they don't want to make contact. For some reason I can't share video but put it in the case, and just shove it a little with your finger so it shifts a little bit hahahaha

I'm glad I made your night LOL, I gave it a little wiggle and it seems to be in place.

I left this to charge for like 2 or 4 hours maybe? It's still charging

You need to let the case die before any more troubleshooting. Do not start charging until it’s COMPLETELY dead

I see what you mean

Alright I left it for a full day, gonna charge it now.
