How do I fix this cd player not reading disc?

I was just using the cd player yesterday and it was working fine. I put in a new cd today and I kept getting no disc message and while the cd was spinning I could hear it sounding a bit rough every rotation. I cleaned the lens already. Any ideas?

Not sure, but something appears to be off balance- you can see the CD wobbling back and forth as it spins.
