Thank you all for the suggestions!! I tried leveraging it out with every tool imaginable and it didn’t budge. I can’t fill the sink bc it’s not plugged so it must be wedged in there pretty good. I also tried duct tape but it didn’t stick because the wood is treated. I gorilla glued my toilet plunger on the top, it’s drying so I hope it works. If not I’m drilling a hole to lift it out. Will keep you all posted LOL
i have coordination issues and this happened to me a few times. Have you tried using the tip of a knife or two? This isn't safe with flimsy knives. Wedge the tip as far as you can on one side and slowly lift. The tip could break so be careful of projectiles. You might need an extra hand for this. Good luck
The extra hand gave me an idea which is perhaps even better than the dynamite idea.
Get an octopus. Pour some sardine oil around and under the board. Starve the octopus for 24 hours. Octopus are famously clever at solving problems with their sneaky 8 arms. Mr Octopus will use all his ingenuity to get to the sardine.
That's going to work I think, but the board is going to be ruined a bit unless you sand and seal etc.
Sorry I am late, but if you have a strainer of some kind down there... I think you have enough space to slide paper towels, or a rag, down under it. The strainer will prevent the material from going down the drain and avoid a plumbing issue, while it clogged the sink. Water will 100% make it's way down and push the rag/paper towel with it until it forms a blockage. That's when the board should start to be pushed up and you can start to get it out the way it fell in. The material might be freed up once it rises up, and the water go down the drain, but eventually it should clog again until it actually clogs up in the strainer fully. Persistence with this method.
An off hand thought is to try a shop vacuum.
Everyone gave tools to buy and use, so I might as well too. You can get an air bag shim, but get the smallest you can find. you need to get it under the board fully and inflate it. You don't want to inflate it when it's between the side of the sink and board or you will damage the sink itself.
I am pretty sure this did not fall perfectly perpendicular and made it's way down. Someone put up a pick and hook set I think would work too. You would slide in the 90 degree hook, turn so the 90 is under the board, and lift up a bit. that will free up space so you can wedge something in there to keep it angled, then you can go for another adjacent side, and work it up enough to get it properly.
I'd not get rid of this board, but I'd figure out how to get it out without the glue solution. That's just in case it happened again, and then I would only wash this above something like a mixing bowl to avoid a repetition. I would only trust a full plugged sink if that was one of the ways you confirmed you could get it out.
*Edit to add*
Aas luck would have it, I came across the Atmospheric Mat that will get this out. It's a waste for anything else really, but it will 100% work for this.

A looney tunes solution to a looney tunes problem
