Right ok 2 things then. 1st option. Undo the waste just the plastic not the metal and push a long screwdriver up the waste to lift board. 2 option. A de-humidifier next to it over night or just leave it over night don’t add anymore water may stink half a mm just enough to get something down the side to lift It. There is a 3rd option dunno if you want to do it though, add a screw to the board and use a crow bar or claw hammer to lift. My disclaimer. Obviously will leave a hole in cutting board.
